Oats and Dill leaves Paratha







Ingredients


Wheat flour - 1 cup
Soy flour - 1 tbsp
Quick cooking Oats - 1/4 cup
Dill Leaves - 1 small bunch
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilly paste - 1 tsp
water to knead dough
Salt
Oil





Method


In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.




Slowly add the water and knead them to a soft dough.




Cover and leave the dough for 15 to 20 mins.
